The Nursery Growers of Lake County Ohio, Inc. was formed in 1927 for 'the improvement and trade education' within the world-famous region of Northeastern Ohio center of Lake County, Ohio. Our Association continues to help nursery and supplier members address current issues and speak with one voice, here in the "Heart of the Nursery Industry".
Every year we hand out goody bags at our Field Day! We have enough notebooks left over from last year but could use some other types of goodies! Remember, these are for your customers so anything with your name on them is a plus! We're looking for pens, markers, highlighters, flashlights, key chains, rulers, safety kits, band-aids, clips, cozies, anything!!!

ATTENTION ALL MEMBERS: Now is your time to get involved with the Nursery Growers of Lake County Ohio, Inc.
We would like one new person willing to volunteer for a two year position on our Executive Board. Many of you already have 'served your time', but you could always come back and join us again! As to all of our new members, this would be a wonderful opportunity to become an active participant of a very important and worthwhile association and learn exactly what we are all about.
Also, the President-Elect position is needed. This would be perfect for anyone that has served their two year term, but did not continue 'up the line' for various reasons.
Both of these positions require attending Executive Board meetings on the first Tuesday of the months that are designated by the President (typically 8-10), assist with the different events that we put on (Field Day, Golf Outing, dinner meetings, etc.). The term of the positions become effective at the meeting on the night before Field Day at the 'Night at the Races". It's a great chance to get to know some of the other members and even get some new customers.
As most of you know, I have been a part of this group in different capacities for over 25 years, so I feel a deep connection to it.
