Plan now to attend the
40th Annual Summer Field
Day Make
new contacts, visit with old friends, exchange ideas, see new plants and
products, Over 150 exhibitors and 650 attendees participated in
the 2006 Field Day. Equipment demos, nursery/garden tours and special guests promise to make this Field Day the best ever. Visit vendors, view their product lines and
watch live equipment demonstrations plus many other activities. Sponsorship
opportunities are available. Also
available for touring is the Butterfly Garden display in bloom, outdoor
garden railroad exhibit, prairie garden display - over 3500 acres of
horticultural collections. Catch up with Industry Research with Holden's
professionals and OSU personnel. Special tours of specimen trees and research
plantings as well as equipment demonstrations will be offered. A New Products
Showcase will be featured. Plan
to also attend the NGLCO Summer Dinner and Casino Night on Monday
Evening August 13, 2007. Exhibitors, attendees, Association members and
guests are invited to an evening of fun. Join us for casino gambling and
Texas Hold'em with great prizes and local celebrity dealers
(nursery personalities and political invitees). For more information,

Summer 2007 features the Holden Express, a 6,000 square foot garden railroad exhibit which is Northeast Ohio's first public, outdoor garden railroad! Explore a landscape of six G-gauge model trains incorporating reproductions of area landmark bridges and barns with most structures made of natural materials (pinecones, birch bark, twigs) and hundreds of plants. |
