Lake County Farm Bureau, OSU Ext. and Soil and
Water Conservation District sponsor Oil & Gas meeting
ORWELL, Ohio – Oil and gas companies have been
steadily moving from the southeast Ohio and western Pennsylvania
regions in search of more natural resources and acreage and
their search has led them to Lake county.
Lake County Farm Bureau along with OSU Extension
and Soil and Water Conservation District will sponsor an
informational Oil and Gas meeting at 6:30PM on February 6, 2012
at the Lake County Fairgrounds 4H Building,1301 Mentor Ave in
Painesville,. The meeting will feature Dale Arnold, Director of
Energy Policy at the Ohio Farm Bureau Federation as well as Tom
Tumgend, Deputy Chief of Oil and Gas Programs for Ohio
Department of Natural Resources.
Seating is limited and light refreshments will be
provided. Doors open at 6:00PM and the meeting begins at 6:30PM.
